摘要
通过对镇海、丽东、青岛大炼油和大连等重整装置的机组工艺流程、机组选型、技术参数、控制方案分析比较,认为设计时应对并联和串联两种不同机组工艺流程进行选型比较,同时指出离心循环氢压缩机采用出口部分气流放空方法不仅可以解决压缩机喘振问题,而且解决了循环系统憋压问题,而重整氢增压机通过转速调节、分段打回流等主要手段稳定反应系统压力、稳定级间压比,从而满足装置总的控制要求。
The analysis of process flow, machinery train selection, technical parameters and control strategies of compressor trains in Zhenhai Refining & Chemical Co. , Ltd. , Lidong Petrochemical Co. , Ltd. , Qingdao Refining & Chemical Co. , Ltd and Dalian Petrochemical Company etc concludes that, the parallel and series configurations of compressor trains should be analyzed and compared in the design. It is pointed out that, the purge of part of gas at the discharge of recycle gas compressor not only solves the surge problem of the compressor but also tackles the pressure build-up problems of the recycle system. The speed control of gas pressure booster and application of reflux will help to stabilize the pressure in the reactor and inter-stage pressure ratio to meet the control requirement of the unit.
