摘要
本文阐述了国内外啦啦队竞赛的发展现状,在啦啦队训练和参赛实践的基础上,首先提出了科学组织啦啦队参赛的方法,然后从竞赛成套动作编排方法与技巧、建立精神动力和参赛出行准备等三个方面提出了如何进行参赛准备与实施,对啦啦队训练和参赛具有积极的参考和指导意义。
Firstly,the development of domestic and overseas cheerleading competition is expounded. And then,experiential methods of scientifically organization of cheerleading competition are brought forward. Furthermore,methods of competition preparation and implement are expressed based on three sides,which is program and skill of competition arrangement,establishment of encouragement and preparation of journey. All of these methods are helpful for cheerleading training and competition.
