摘要
从土壤中筛选出一株木糖发酵菌株18#,并对该菌进行形态学、生理生化特性的鉴定和驯化.结果表明:此菌为假丝酵母属.驯化后,菌株18#的木糖利用率提高了21.53%,酒精产率提高到9.75%.
A microbial strain 18# which can convert xylose to ethanol was screened from the soil. The stain was identified in the morphologic specificity and domesticated in the physiologicalbiochemical character . The results showed that the stain 18# belongs to Candida, after chosen, the xylose utilization rate increased by 21.53%, alcohol yield increased to 9.75%.
