摘要
从土壤中筛选出一株木糖发酵菌株18#，并对该菌进行形态学、生理生化特性的鉴定和驯化．结果表明：此菌为假丝酵母属．驯化后，菌株18#的木糖利用率提高了21．53％，酒精产率提高到9．75％．
A microbial strain 18# which can convert xylose to ethanol was screened from the soil. The stain was identified in the morphologic specificity and domesticated in the physiologicalbiochemical character . The results showed that the stain 18# belongs to Candida, after chosen, the xylose utilization rate increased by 21.53%, alcohol yield increased to 9.75%.
