乳酸菌降胆固醇体外筛选的培养基研究 被引量:7

摘要 许多体外或体内实验研究表明,益生菌有一定的降胆固醇作用。探讨了10株不同的益生菌在3种不同胆固醇源的高胆固醇MRS-broth培养基中的降胆固醇效果以及生长状况,结果发现,这些益生菌在3种高胆固醇培养基中,37℃培养24h后,均表现出降胆固醇活性,其中胆固醇胶束溶液配制的高胆固醇MRS-broth具有较好的筛选效果。 In vitro and in vivo studies showed that probiotics can lower cholesterol levels. Growth and effects of cholesterol-lowering of ten probiotics strains in three kinds of high cholesterol MRS-broth medium made by different sources of cholesterol were evaluated and analyzed. The results indicated that all strains showed cholesterol-lowering capacity after incubation for 24h at 37℃ in medium with high concentration of cholesterol. And the MRS-broth with cholesterol micellar solution was the best.
