摘要
为研究开槽法对毛坯工件加工变形的影响,分析了材料去除与加工变形的关系,解释了开槽法释放应力的基本原理。建立了开槽宽度、深度、位置等参数与释放变形量的表达式并进行了开槽参数优化。利用有限元法对优化的开槽参数进行了验证,仿真结果表明优化后的开槽参数能够比非优化的参数释放更多的应力。
It analyzes the relationship between material remove and part distortion, explaines the basic theory of slotting method. It establishes the parameters expression of slotting which includes the width, depth and location of slot, and realizes the slotting parameters optimization. It uses the FEA method to validate the optimized parameters, the results show that these parameters can release more stresses than the primaryble ones.
