摘要
目的:探讨云芝糖肽对胃癌患者手术及化疗时免疫功能的影响。方法:选择105例胃癌术后及32例胃癌化疗患者,根据是否应用云芝糖肽随机分为单纯手术组、手术合并云芝糖肽组、单纯化疗组及化疗合并云芝糖肽组,分别检测四组红细胞C3b受体花环(RBC-C3bRR)、免疫复合物花环(RBC-ICR)、T细胞亚群以及NK细胞活性。结果:胃癌术后患者中,手术合并云芝糖肽组RBC-C3bRR、CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8、NK细胞活性较单纯手术组显著升高(P<0.01),RBC-ICR较单纯手术组显著降低(P<0.01);胃癌化疗患者中,化疗合并云芝糖肽组RBC-C3bRR、CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8、NK细胞活性较单纯化疗组显著升高(P<0.01),RBC-ICR较单纯化疗组显著降低(P<0.01)。结论:胃癌患者术后和化疗时合并应用云芝糖肽可明显改善机体的免疫功能。
Objective：To investigate the effect of polysacchario peptide on the immune function of patients with gastric carcinoma during operation and chemotherapy. Methods：105 cases of gastric carcinoma after operation and 32 cases of gastric carcinoma on chemotherapy were selected and randomly divided into simple operation group,operation combined with polysacchario peptide group,simple chemotherapy group and chemotherapy combined with polysacchario peptide group according to using polysacchario peptide or not,the red blood cell C3b receptor rosette （RBC-C3bRR）,the red blood cell immune complex rosette （RBC-ICR）,T-lymphocyte subsets and NK cell activity were determined. Results：Compared with simple operation group,the RBC-C3bRR,CD3,CD4,CD4/CD8 and NK cell activity of operation combined with polysacchario peptide group were significantly increased （P〈0.01）,and the RBC-ICR was significantly decreased （P〈0.01）; compared with simple chemotherapy group,the RBC-C3bRR,CD3,CD4,CD4/CD8 and NK cell activity of chemotherapy combined with polysacchario peptide group were significantly increased （P〈0.01）,and the RBC-ICR was significantly decreased （P 0.01）. Conclusion：Using polysacchario peptide may enhance the immune function of patients with gastric carcinoma during operation and chemotherapy.
