摘要
根据缩合废水中氯离子含量高,对COD测定影响较大的特点,通过实验探讨高含氯对测定废水COD的影响及消除其影响的方法。以重铬酸钾法测定COD,消除氯离子的干扰,一般是采用添加HgSO4的方法。该方法操作简便,但汞盐易对环境造成二次污染。文章采用标准曲线校正法不加HgSO4,能较准确地测定高氯缩合废水中的COD。
Based on the characters of high chlorine ion content in produced water of a suohe wastewater that effected COD determination, authors discussed the effect of high-chlorine content upon wastewater COD determination and the method of removing the effect by means of experiment. Secondary to determine COD by the dichromate method and eliminate the interference of choloride ions, generally is used to add HgSO4 approach. This method is simple, but mercury salts easily causes secondary pollution to the environment. Standard curve calibration method without HgSO4 can measure accurately COD in high-cholorine wastewater.
