摘要
科学中心转移现象在学术界引起较大的争论。利用利萨.罗斯纳编著的科学年表再一次对科学中心转移现象进行了测度,所得结果没有对科学中心转移这一现象给出强支撑。从系统科学角度,建构了科学系统内部运行的因果关系模型,对科学发展的不平衡现象进行解读,得到如下结论:科学系统的四大要素——科学家人数、图书情报资源、先进的科研设备以及科研经费共同影响科学这一子系统的运行,外部环境通过这些要素起作用。
There is a dispute of the transition of science centre in the areas of research.The science centre was measured with the new published Chronology of Science once again,but there haven＇t evidence to strongly prove the transition of science centre.So causality model was set up to explain the unbalance development of science in a new aspect instead of the term science centre.Within the analytical framework so developed,we show that the development of science subsystem was affected together by the four main factors which are the population of scientist,information resource,advanced equipment and the outlays for research.And this system affected by the outside environment through these four factors.Some advice was given based on the causality model.
