摘要
目的比较干化学试纸法与湿式全自动生化分析仪各项生化检验项目结果,分析两者的相关性。方法利用Vitros350干化学分析仪和Hitachi7600全自动生化分析仪检测28例血清标本的18项生化指标,对结果进行统计分析。结果所检测的18项血生化项目检测结果高度相关,除尿酸(UA)、总蛋白(TP)等几个项目外,大部分检测项目结果差异有统计学意义。结论干式生化和湿式生化检测结果高度相关,但大部分项目结果有差异,所以应采取措施,使结果具有可比性。
Objective To compare and analyze the correlation of the results by the means of dry chemistry and conventional wet chemistry. Methods Eighteen biochemistry items of 28 serum samples were detected by VITROS350 and HITACHI 7600 automatic analyzer,respectively. Then,statistical analysis be carried out to obtain the results. Results All of the 18 biochemistry test results are highly relevant with each other. Except of the UA, TP,and several other items,most of the results of the test items have significant differences. Conclusion There was a highly relationship between the results of VITROS350 and HITACHI 7600 automatic analyzer, but significant difference exists in most test items. So, we should take effective measures to make the results comparable.
