摘要 为纺织废料的再利用,本文以废棉布为原料制备高粘度羧甲基纤维,采用碱醚同釜法及正交实验,通过测试粘度得到最佳反应条件为:浴比为1:3,氢氧化钠质量分数为30%,氯乙酸乙醇质量分数为30%,醚化时间为2h,碱化时间为2h,碱化温度为35~40℃,醚化初期温度为40~45℃,后期温度为70℃,羧甲基纤维素的的粘度值为932.6mPa·s。 With the kettle of alkali ether, waste cotton cloth was used as raw material to prepare high viscosity carboxyrnethyl cellulose(CMC). It turned waste into treasure, with economic and environment protection, and provided a new path for the textile waste recycling. The orthogonal experiments were used to find the optimal reaction conditions by testing viscosity. The results showed that the liquor ratio is 1:3, the concentration of 30 % sodium hydroxide, chloroacetic acid concentration of 30 % ethanol, ethers of time for 2 h, alkalization time of 2 h, alkalization temperature of 35-40℃, Etherification the initial temperature of 40-45℃, the temperatureof later period is 70℃. The viscosity of CMC was 932.6 mPa · s.
