摘要
以办公废纸漂白脱墨浆为原料,基于高温常压碱煮法得到精制纤维素,再以乙醇为溶剂,采用两次加碱法制备高取代度羧甲基纤维素(CMC)。着重探讨碱煮温度、时间和浓度对纤维素提取率的影响,研究原料配比、体系中水含量、碱化/醚化的温度和时间等工艺参数对CMC产品取代度(DS)的影响,获得从废纸纤维中提取纤维素和制备CMC的适宜工艺条件。并运用扫描电镜(SEM)、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、热重分析仪(TGA)对产品性能进行表征。
In the present work, refined cellulose was extracted from the bleached deinking pulp of office waste paper based on the alkali boiling method at high temperature and standard atmospheric condition. The carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC) with high degree of substitution was prepared by two times addition of NaOH in ethanol as solvent. Effects of temperature, time and concentration of alkaline treatment on the extraction rate of cellulose in pulp were emphatically discussed. The effects of raw material ratio, water content in the system, reaction temperature and time of alkalization and etherification on the degree of substitution(DS) of carboxymethyl cellulose were studied. The optimum process conditions for the extraction of cellulose from waste paper fibers and the preparation of CMC were obtained. Furthermore, the properties of the products were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM), Fourier transform infrared spectrometer(FT-IR), X ray diffractometer(XRD) and thermogravimetric analyzer(TGA).
