摘要
通过分析石门揭煤工作面各种防突技术措施的优缺点,研究石门揭煤的突出机理,同时根据新义煤矿的特点,提出了严重突出"三软"煤层快速揭煤的防突技术。该技术主要采用巷旁截流、巷内交叉钻孔抽放结合短导硐震动爆破的方式,实现了快速揭开严重突出"三软"煤层,极大地缩短了揭煤工期,缓解了矿井的采掘接替状况,取得了显著的经济效益。
Based on analysis of advantages and disadvantages of variable outburst prevention technologies used on exposing outburst seam by crosscut, research into outburst mechanism of exposing outburst seam by crosscut, and characteristics of Xinyi Mine, an outburst prevention technology applied to rapid crosscut of grave protrusion "three soft" coal seam is proposed. Using of this technology realized rapid crosscut of grave protrusion "three soft" coal seam by the way of the lane next to the closure, lane cross-drilled drainage with a short guided cave blasting vibration. It can greatly shorten crosscut time, relieve the situation of excavation replacement, and achieve remarkable economic benefits.
