摘要
介绍一种轴承套圈沟道磨削进给状态参数检测与分析系统,并以此为基础,通过工艺试验和数据分析,着重讨论磨床主电动机功率与沟道表面粗糙度和沟形误差之间的映射关系,为轴承套圈沟道磨削工序的在线质量监测提供依据。
A measurement and analysis system is introduced for grinding feeding state parameters of bearing ring raceway.Based on the system,the mapping relationship between main motor power of grinder and surface roughness and groove deviation of bearing ring raceway is mainly discussed by technological test and data analysis.The basis is provided for the online quality control of grinding process for the bearing ring raceway.
