摘要
为了提高声发射技术在监测动态摩擦过程中的应用水平,研究摩擦过程中的受力状态与声发射特征参数之间的关系是必要的。论文研究了45钢与45钢摩擦时产生的声发射信号的特点,实验研究结果表明:在45钢与45钢的摩擦过程中,相对运动速度对于正压力与声发射信号之间的关系有较大的影响;低速时,正压力与声发射信号之间无规律可言;随着速度的提高,正压力与声发射信号之间的规律变得清晰起来;高速时,随着正压力的增加声发射信号各参数是降低的。论文对出现这一规律的原因进行了解释。
It is necessary to study the relationship between acoustic emission parameters and pressure during the process of dynamic friction for improving the application of the acoustic emission technology to monitoring the dynamic friction. This paper studies the characteristics of acoustic emission produced during the process of dynamic friction between the 45 steel and the 45 steel. The result indicate that relative movement speed has a great effect on the relationship between pressure and acoustic emission signal as follows: (1) No regulation is found out when it is in low speed. (2) Some regulations become clear with speed accelerated. (3) The parameter value of acoustic emission is declining with the strengthening of the pressure. At last, some analyses are given to explain the result of this study.
