摘要
对人力资源外包供应商绩效进行评价是降低人力资源外包风险的重要手段,目前对此的研究还比较少。而利用多层次/随机前沿分析(AHP/SFA)综合方法可以避免传统评价的主观性因素,也可以从动态的角度评价人力资源外包供应商绩效的变化趋势和影响因素。实证检验表明,不同备选供应商的绩效是有差异的,多层次/随机前沿综合分析法的结论简洁有效,这为选择合适的人力资源外包供应商提供了更多的参考依据。
It is very important to control the risk of human resource management outsourcing by assessment its efficiency.Compare to the traditional method, the AHP/SFA method can assess the change trend of organization's efficiency and its impact factors from dynamic view without the influence of man-made.The empirical results showed the efficiency of the industry of human resource management outsourcing has great differences in the level of these firms and the result of AHP/SFA is correct and concise.These data can give more support to the decision making for human resource management outsourcing forms.
