摘要
宅基地是农民生存之本,优化其利用也是协调城乡用地矛盾,促进城乡进程一体化的重要举措。通过对农村宅基地的利用状况及对城乡建设用地的影响的分析,提出相应的政策建议,对构建和谐社会有重大意义。
Rural residential is the basic of farmers＇ survival. Optimizing its use matters a lot to coordinate urban and rural land-use contradiction and promote the process of urban and rural integration. By analysing the situation of the use of rural residential in the countryside and the influence to urban construction land, we put forward the corresponding policy suggestions, which are of great significance to the construction of harmonious society.
