摘要
监测高压开关设备振动是及时发现故障隐患的有效手段之一,为此,提出了一种分析高压开关设备振动信号的新方法,即将小波包信号提取算法和相似性原则相结合,利用小波包分解与重构将高压开关设备的合(分)闸振动信号分解到不同频段中,并对代表有效振动信号的分解系数进行重构,然后运用相似性原则对重构后的信号进行辨识,以确定高压开关设备是否正常运行。应用Matlab进行了仿真分析,并对仿真分析结果进行了试验验证,结果表明,小波包信号提取算法结合相似性判别原则分析高压开关设备振动信号具有良好的效果。
Vibration monitoring of high voltage circuit brakers is one of effective manners to find hidden trouble of equipment, for this reason a new method, which integrates wavelet packet signal extraction algorithm with similarity principle, to analyze vibration signals of high voltage circuit breakers is proposed. By use of the decomposition and reconstruction principles of wavelet packets, the switch on/off signals of high voltage circuit breakers are decomposed into different frequency bands and the decomposition coefficients characterictizing effective vibration signals are reconstructed, then by use of similarity principle the reconstructed signals are identified to determine normal operation of high voltage circuit breakers. By means of Matlab the simulative analysis is performed, and simulation results are verified by experiments. Experimental results show that the proposed method can offer satisfying results.
