知识管理与教师教育知识的更新

On Knowledge Management and Renewal of Teacher’s Educational Knowledge

摘要 教师的教育知识是影响教师教育行为的决定因素,也是影响教育教学质量的关键因素。丰富、更新和优化教师的教育知识应成为促进教师专业发展、提高教育质量的重要途径。而知识管理则是教师教育知识更新的一条重要途径。知识管理以知识为出发点和归宿,以知识共享为手段,以知识创新为目的和标志,其最终目的在于达到组织的知识更新,提高组织的竞争力。教师个人的教育知识在此过程中也必然得到不断更新。促进教师教育知识更新的知识管理策略有:运用“师徒观摩”促进隐性知识的交流,运用“反思教学”促进隐性知识的显性化,运用“研究课”促进显性知识的隐性化。 Teacher's educational knowledge is the decisive factor to influence teacher's behavior, and the key factor to influence the education quality. Enrichment, renewal and optimization of teacher's educational knowledge should be an important approach to promote teacher's professional development and education quality. And knowledge management is an important approach for renewal of teacher's educational knowledge. Since knowledge management, which starts with and ends with knowledge, with knowledge sharing the means and knowledge innovation the purpose and symbol, aims to renew organized knowledge and to increase competence, during which teacher's personal educational knowledge will be constantly updated. The strategies of knowledge management include: apprenticeship which encourages communication of implicit knowledge; reflective teaching which makes implicit knowledge explicit; and research classes which makes explicit knowledge implicit.
