摘要 目的:观察大剂量头孢唑啉在铁缺乏条件下对新西兰大白兔耳蜗毛细胞的影响。方法:60只健康新西兰大白兔,随机分成A、B、C、D组,每组15只。A、B两组喂标准饲料4周,C、D两组喂缺铁饲料4周,后两组制成铁缺乏动物模型。B、D两组经耳静脉注射头孢唑啉(0.5g/kg,2次/d,共14天),A、c两组经耳静脉注射等体积生理盐水做对照,停药后第15天处死作耳蜗扫描电镜及激光共聚焦显微镜观察。结果:缺铁头孢唑啉组(D组)停药后第15天,有9个耳蜗标本(60%)存在不同程度内、外毛细胞静纤毛散乱、扭曲、缺失,以中区、顶区损害较重。结论:大剂量头孢唑啉在铁缺乏条件下可造成新西兰大白兔耳蜗内、外毛细胞静纤毛不同程度损伤。 Goal: An observation large dose spore zuo lin lacks under the condition in the iron to the New Zealand big white rabbit cochlea hair cell influence. The method 60 health New Zealand big white rabbit, divides into A, B, C, D group stochastically, each group of 15. A, the B two groups feed the standard feed 4 weeks, C, the D two groups feed lack the hard feed 4 weeks, the latter two groups make the iron to lack the animal model. B, the D two groups after an ear intravenous injection spore zuo lin (0.5g/kg,2 / d, altogether 14 days), A, the C two groups after volume physiological saline and so on ear intravenous injection make the compari- son, after stops the medicine the 15th day execution to make the cochlea scanning electron microscope and the laser altogether focuses the microscope observation. After the result lacks the hard spore zuo lin group (D group) to stop the medicine 15th days, some 9 coch- lea specimen (60%) existence varying degree inside and outside hair cell static cilium scattered in disorder, distortion, flaw, by the central area, goes against the area harm to be heavy. A conclusion large dose spore zuo lin lacks under the condition in the iron to be possible to create the New Zealand big white rabbit cochlea inside and outside hair cell static cilium varying degree damage.
