摘要 文章先回顾和介绍Becker等人提出的人力资源管理实践对企业绩效的影响机制模型,然后引进平衡记分卡的分析框架,整合组织行为学、战略管理等学科相关的理论,系统探索和阐述人力资源管理实践影响企业绩效的中间变量,从而整合和构建企业人力资源管理活动影响企业绩效的机制模型,为理解战略人力资源管理实践对企业绩效的贡献过程提供合理解释和启发意义。
