摘要
【目的】总结输尿管支架滞留腔内的治疗经验。【方法】回顾性分析12例输尿管支架滞留后临床取出的病例资料。【结果】所有滞留的输尿管内支架以及粘附的结石均被成功取出。8例单纯使用输尿管镜取出，4例结合经皮肾镜取石术顺利取出。【结论】输尿管镜技术结合经皮肾技术处理滞留的输尿管内支架安全、有效。
[Objective] To summarize the efficacy and safety of endoscopic treatment of detained ureteral stent. [Methods]Twelve cases with detained ureteral stent were reviewed. Among them, 8 cases received ureteroscopy, and 4 cases received ureteroscopy and percutaneous nephrolithotomy. [Results] All detained ureteral stents and stone were removed successfully without any associated complications. [Conclusion] Combina- tion of ureteroscopy and percutaneous nephroscopy in treating detained ureteral stent is safe and effective.
