摘要
目的探讨上尿路手术后留置双J管致发热的原因及处理。方法回顾性分析2004年2月至2006年10月2 086例上尿路手术后留置双J管患者临床资料。结果留置双J管致发热15例,其中双J管被凝血块、粘液、纤维素及尿盐结晶、结石堵塞致发热7例,异物反应引起发热5例,双J管位置不当致发热2例,尿液返流致发热1例。结论上尿路手术后留置双J管可有效防止术后漏尿和输尿管狭窄,有助于上尿路手术后病情恢复,但留置双J管引起发热应积极处理和预防。
Objective To investigate the reason and treatment of occurred fever of the patient who placed double J ureteral catheter after upper urinary operation. Methods The clinical data of 2 086 cases underwent double J ureteral catheter were reviewed from Feb 2004 to Oct 2006 respectively. Results The cause of fever was due to catheter obstruction in 7 cases, foreign body reaction in 5 cases, catheters position was not appropriate in 2cases and urine returned in 1 case. Conclusions Double J ureteral catheter can prevent urine leakage and ureter stricture appropriately and to promote an earlier postoperative recovery after upper urinary operation. But fever owing to placing double J ureteral catheter should be prevented and treated promptly.
