摘要
研究目的:探寻中部地区农地非农化状况趋势与其经济发展的关系,促进中部崛起和耕地有效保护。研究方法:统计方法、社会调查方法。研究结果:中部地区经济快速发展与农地非农化高峰期同步,耕地面积随人均GDP增加呈指数递减,但土地资源利用效率呈下降趋势。研究结论:中部地区应统筹城乡、工业与农业协调发展,提高土地利用效率。
Research aims： It researches into the current situation and tendency of agricultural land conversion in central regions and their relationship with economic development,with the aims of accelerating the rise of central regions and protecting arable land areas effectively.Research methods： statistical method,social survey method.Research result： In central regions,the rapid developing periods of economy synchronize with the peaks of agricultural farmland conversion.The area of arable lands decreases exponentially with the rise of GDP per capita.Besides,the efficiency of farmland use is on the decrease.Research conclusion： In central regions sustainable development between urban and rural areas,industry and agriculture should be planned and coordinated overall and harmoniously,so as to improve the efficiency of farmland use.
