摘要
文章从信息获取、信息隐私、信息知情、信息安全、信息产权、信息政策等方面搜集了2007～2008年相关外文文献并进行筛选、归类、分析,藉此分析国外信息权利研究的现状,并总结出几点分析结果。
Info-rights is a rich concept system. The paper gathered some literatures related to info-access, info-privacy, the right to know, info-security, intellectual property rights and info-policy in foreign languages between 2007 and 2008. Then, all documents are filtered, classified and analyzed, so that the status of inforights study in foreign countries can he obtained. The paper also summed up several useful results in hopes that it can play a role of inspiration and guidance on domestic study in the same field.
