摘要
以计划改造的110kV高压断路器为研究对象,通过收资统计分析,确定断路器本体和机构质量较差是造成故障停运的主要原因。运用全寿命周期管理理论和项目管理方法,预测继续实施大修直至报废、更换国产设备直至报废以及更换合资设备直至报废的三种方案下发生的项目全寿命周期费用。在充分考虑资金的时间价值可比性基础上,选择全寿命周期费用最低方案作为最优策略。
With the 110kV high-voltage circuit breaker to plan to reconstruct as the research object, to determine main reason of failure outage is the poor quality of the circuit breaker body and bodies through data collection and statistical analysis. Utilizing life-cycle management theory and project management methods predicts the life cycle cost of project in three schemes, namely continued implementation of major repair until the end of life, replacement of domestic equipment until the end of life and replacement of equipment producted by joint venture until the end of life. Based on taking full account of the comparability of the time value of money, the lowest life - cycle cost program is selected as the optimal strategy.
