摘要
先秦儒家政治是一种德化的政治,由一群道德精英所领导,是一种"内以成圣,外而成王"的圣王政治。先秦儒家政治与道德的关系,可以从"圣王原理"中窥其大纲:从"惟圣者始当王"和"惟圣者始能王",去了解圣王的权利与义务;从"即道德即政治,即政治即道德",去了解圣王的政教一如;从"尊君礼臣重民",去了解圣王的统治型态。因此,先秦儒家的道德精英主义是以道德教化为政治,化政治为道德;先秦儒家政治与道德的关系就是以道德言政治,统政治于道德中。
The pre-Qin Confucians' politics is a kind of politics of moralization,led by a group of moral elite and is a kind of internal-sage and external-sage Sovereign politics.The political and ethical relation of the pre-Qin Confucianism can peep its outline from the analysis of the original sovereign thought.We must understand the rights and obligation of the monarch based on the "sovereign thought",regarding politics as ethics of sovereign in education,respecting a sovereign,considerating officials,paying attention to people,and understanding the governance type.So,the moral elite's doctrines of the pre-Qin Confucians are to teach the politics of turning with the moral,turning politics into the moral.The political and ethical relation of the pre-Qin Confucian is with the speech politics of the moral and interconnected system politics is in the moral.
