摘要
目的研究大鼠伏核中胆囊收缩素(CCK)调节学习记忆的受体机制。②方法采用行为和脑核团内微量注射相结合的方法,利用三等分辐射式迷宫模型观察大鼠伏核中胆囊收缩素对分辨学习(DL)和条件性回避反应(CAR)的影响。③结果双侧伏核中后区注射CCK-A受体阻断剂L-364,718对DL和CAR有明显的抑制效应(t=6.50,8.55,P<0.01),而CCK-B受体阻断剂L-365,260对DL和CAR无影响(t=2.14,2.14,P>0.05)。④结论伏核中后区内CCK-A受体参与对DL和CAR的调节,提示伏核中后区内源性CCK对学习记忆过程具有促进作用,并且是通过CCK-A受体实现的。
Objective To determine the receptor subtype mediating the modulatory actions of CCK in the medial posterior nucleus accumbens of the rats on learning and memory. Methods CCK was injected into medial posterior nucleus accumbens of rats. The effects of CCK on discrimination learning(DL) and conditional avoidance response(CAR) were studied in the three-panel runway test in rats. Results Injection of CCK-A receptor antagonist L-364, 718 into the medial posterior nucleus accumbens of rats showed significantly inhibitory effect on DL and CAR(t=6.50,8.55,P<0 .01), while CCKB reptor antagonist L365, 260 showed no effect on DL and CAR(t=2.14,2.14,P>0.05). Conclusion Autologous CCK in medial posterior nucleus accumbens participated in the regulation of DL and CAR through CCKB receptor. CCKB receptor exerted no effect.
