摘要
通过沈阳师范大学图书馆对读者进行的问卷调查,分析读者对图书馆服务的总体评价、对图书馆服务的满意度和对文献资源建设的意见和建议,并根据调查中发现的问题,提出一些改进措施。
On the basis of the reader investigation in Shenyang Normal University Library, the paper had analyzed the total evaluation of the Library reader service, satisfied index of library reader service, opinion and suggestions on bibliographic resources, and put forward measures for the problems that discovered in the investigation.
