摘要
国内外在信息资源配置的理论领域和实践领域的研究成果颇多,但目前尚缺乏一套成形的规范的理论体系,难以为政府从战略高度把握全局提供参考。同时,国内在新农村建设中信息资源配置研究还处于起步阶段。例举了陕西省农村信息资源配置中存在的问题来说明本省在新农村建设中信息资源配置的重要性,并提出了信息资源配置的策略。
There are a lot of field research results in the field of the theory and practice of resource allocation at home and abroad, but a set of norms forming the theoretical system is still absent, it can＇ t provide a reference for our government to grasp the overall situation at a strategic height. At the same time, China resource allocation research is still at an elementary stage in New Countryside Construction. This paper has cited information resource allocation problems of Shaanxi countryside to illustrate the importance of information resource allocation in Shaanxi New Countryside construction, and put forward in- formation resource allocation strategies.
