摘要 采用几种不同类型矿石对邦德磨矿功指数算式中的Grp、Pi和P之间的关系进行了试验。文中介绍了只要准确地做1次棒磨机或球磨机功指数试验,就能用Grp、Pi和P之间关系计算出其它任意磨矿产品粒度的棒磨机或球磨机功指数。同时,利用Pi=K2·P的关系为测定要求的磨矿粒度的磨矿功指数时如何确定试验筛子提供了科学依据。 Several ores of various types were used in the test for studying the relation among G rp 、P i and P in the formula for Bond grinding work index.It is described that only by one accurate test of work index of rod grinding or ball grinding,can the work index of the rod or ball grinding at any grind be calculated by making use of the relation among G rp 、P i and P.Meanwhile,the relation P i=K 2·P can be made use of to provide the scientific basis to determine the test screens for measuring the grinding work index at the specified grind.
