摘要
提出了按矿石性质、粒度要求、工艺设备不同进行磨矿介质消耗研究的新方法。在对大孤山铁矿石和东鞍山铁矿石磨矿功指数及可磨度进行研究的基础上,计算分析了大孤山选矿厂与东鞍山烧结厂二段、三段磨矿介质消耗的理论消耗系数和实际消耗系数及对比情况,提出了两厂相关磨矿作业降低磨矿介质消耗应加强的工作。
