摘要
探讨了大叶黄杨叶绿素在不同光、热、氧条件下的稳定性。结果表明:大叶黄杨叶绿素对光非常不稳定,光越强,稳定性越差;温度小于8 0℃时,大叶黄杨叶绿素比较稳定,具有较高的保存率,超过8 0℃,会促进叶绿素的分解;高氧的存在不利于其稳定性。
The stability of Chlorophyll in Euonymus japonica under different light, temperature and Oxygen conditions are studied. The results show that Chlorophyll in Euonymus japonica has very unstable reactions to light, and its stability decreases with the intensifying of light; the chlorophyll is relatively stable with the temperature below 80 ℃, which makes high preservation rate. When the temperature is above 80℃, it would promote the decomposition of chlorophyll. Hyperoxia is unfavorable to its stability.
