不同品种及饲养季节家蚕雄蛹睾酮含量的研究

摘要 用高效液相色谱法分析了不同品种、不同饲养季节家蚕雄蛹睾酮含量。结果显示,家蚕雄蛹睾酮含量在10个供试品种间存在显著差异(P〈0.05)。在供试的10个品种中,含量最高的是菁松×皓月(41.28ng/g),含量最低的是日新×H05(17.71ng/g);含量在20—30.g/g范围内的居多,共有6个品种;含量在30~40ng/g范围内的有2个品种。在不同的饲养季节采集的家蚕品种云7、菁松×皓月、云7×云8雄蛹睾酮含量春季〉夏季〉秋季(P〈0.01)。 Testosterone contents in the male silkworm pupae of different breeds in different seasons were analyzed by High Performance Liquid Chromatography. There was significant difference among the 10 tested breeds (P 〈0. 05), with the highest content of Jingsong × Haoyue (41.28 ng/g ) and the lowest content of Rixin × H05 ( 17.71 ng/g). Testosterone contents of 6 breeds were between 20-30 ng/g, and the other 2 were between 30 -40 ng/g. Seasonal effect on the testosterone contents of male silkworm pupae among the breeds Yun 7, Jingsong × Haoyue, Yun 7 × Yun 8 was significant : in Spring season the content was the highest, in the Summer season it was lower, in autumn season it was the lowest (P 〈0.01 ).
