摘要
比较两种铁蛋白提取方法:传统的硫酸铵沉淀法和超滤法,发现超滤法的提取效率和提取的纯度上都要大于传统的硫酸铵沉淀法.有利于批量生产铁蛋白,以满足研究需求和产品商品化.
To establish a efficient craft of isolation and purification lentinan.Methods： Using series of craft,including ultrafiltration,precipitation with ethylalcohol,DEAE-acaellulose column chromatographi,SephadexG-200 column chromatographiy and so on.Conclusion： The purificating rate of LNTⅠb was 95.55%,and it is proved that LNTⅠb is a kind of glycoprotein.
