饥饿时的年龄对萼花臂尾轮虫生活史对策的影响

摘要 应用单个体培养方法比较研究了饥饿时的年龄对萼花臂尾轮虫生活史对策的影响.结果表明饥饿时的年龄对轮虫的寿命、总生殖期历时和轮虫一生中的产卵量均有显著的影响,但是对轮虫一生所产后代和饥饿后所产后代中的混交雌体百分率无显著的影响.龄长为1天的轮虫进入饥饿状态后具有减少生殖量、延长存活时间的生活史对策. Effect of the age of the rotifer Brachionus calyciflorus at starvation on life history strategy was studied by individual culture. The results showed that the age of the rotifer at starvation had significant effects on lifespan, duration of the reproduction period and number of eggs produced in her life, but not on percentages of mictic females in the offspring produced during her life and starvation. The rotifer starved at the age of 1 day lengthened her lifespan and tolerance time to starvation by means of lowering her number of eggs produced in her lifetime.
