摘要
在电力系统经济调度最优潮流程序的基础上,进行了最佳转运方案的理论研究及其工具开发工作,根据该数学模型的特点,提出了适用于多家利益实体组成联合电网、优化转运决策的分解协调算法,并就华东电网实际转运算例作出了试算和分析。
This paper makes a research and development about optimal wheeling scheme based on optimal power flow program for econonmic dispatching of the electric power system. According to the characteristics of the mathematical model, it proposes decomposition-coordination approach suitable for the interconnected grid consisting of several economic entities. in which the wheeling decisions need to be optimized. Calculation and analysis about practical wheeling example for East China Power System are given.
