摘要
本文介绍了一种关于分时电价的最优输电价格方案，它通过最佳输电容量需求实现整个利益和局部利益的优化统一，同时充分并合理地鼓励电网投资建设，可以适用于各种形式输电系统使用的收费定价。
This paper introduces a scheme for optimal pricing of electricity transmission under time of use tariff, which realizes the optimization and the unification of both total and local interests by the best demand for transmission capacity, encourages a sufficient as well as reasonable investment in the development of the power grid, and will apply to the rates of using electricity transmission system in various modalities.
