摘要
目的:了解我院住院患者抗菌药物使用情况,分析我院抗菌药物使用中存在的不合理行为,为临床合理使用抗菌药物提供参考。方法:采用我院住院并使用抗菌药物病例320份,其中手术病例160例,非手术病例160例,并对病例抗菌药物使用情况进行分析。结果:我院在抗菌药物选用、联合应用、用药指征等方面都存在一定的问题。结论:我院的抗菌药物使用存在较多的问题,应进一步进行干预,提高我院抗菌药物使用水平。
OBJECTIVE： To investigate the utilization of the antibiotics in the inpatients of our hospital,and to analyze the irrational behavior in the application of antibiotics so as to provide reference for clinical rational use of antibiotics. METHODS： A total of 320 inpatients including 160 surgical cases and 160 non - surgical cases treated with antibiotics were collected for analysis of the use of antibiotics. RESULTS： The utilization of antibiotics in the 320 inpatients was far from perfect in respect of drug choice, drug combination, medication indications etc. CONCLUSION： There are many problems existing in the utilization of antibiotics in our hospital,thus further intervention measures should be taken to improve the rational use level of antibiotics.
