摘要
目的:研究刺五加有效成分的抗肿瘤作用进展。方法:分别介绍了刺五加中皂甙、多糖以及与黄芩联用的抗肿瘤作用研究,同时,对刺五加制剂治疗疾病的研究和评价做了总结,并对刺五加有效成分的抗肿瘤作用进行了展望。结果:刺五加有效成分具有一定的抗肿瘤作用。结论:临床医师应重视刺五加在抗肿瘤方面的作用,开发利用更多有效成分。
OBJECTIVE： To study the progress of the antitumor effect of the active components from acanthopanax. METHODS： The antitumor effect of the constituents from acanthopanax such as saponin and polysaccharides alone or in combination with baical skullcap root were evaluated,meanwhile,the research and evaluation on the effects of acanthopanax in treating diseases were reviewed,and the prospect for the antitumor effect of the active components from acanthopanax were discussed as well. RESULTS： The active components from acanthopanax have confirmed antitumor effect. CONCLUSION： Clinicians should given attention to the antitumor effect of acanthopanax to exploit and make use of more active components.
