摘要
日本在1961年实现了全体国民皆年金,1985年以后特别是21世纪以来,随着国内外经济和社会形势的变化,政府开始对年金保险制度进行了改革。本文分析了日本年金保险制度的现状及影响其运行的因素,探讨了年金保险制度改革,最后通过以上研究为中国加快完善年金保险体系改革提供一些有益的借鉴和启示。
Early in 1961, Japanese government established a universal pension insurance system for all its citizens. Along with the political, social and economic development at home and abroad after 1985, especially since the 21st century, Japanese government has launched a series of reform on the pension insurance system. This article analyzed the background and current situation of Japan＇s pension system and the principal factors affecting its operation,with a view to offer some thoughts and suggestions on the reform of the social insurance system in China.
