摘要
在实验室用间隔式测重和改装的热电偶测温方法研究了细粉煤在微波加热过程中水分含量变化及升温特性。结果表明,微波加热能够有效地对细粉煤除湿,微波加热功率对细粉煤除湿率的影响最大。随着时间的延长,试样的除湿率趋于一致并且受其他因素的影响较小。微波加热细粉煤的升温过程可以分成3个阶段,第1阶段料温迅速上升;第2阶段出现100℃恒温平台,水分快速得到去除;第3阶段已大部分去除水分,试样温度缓慢上升。
Microwave heating was used to research the moisture content and temperature rising characteristics of fine coal with weighting at intervals and temperature measured by thermocouple under the laboratory condition.The results show that fine coal is effectively dewatered by microwave heating,and the primary factor is microwave output power.With increasing irradiation time,the dewatering efficiency of sample with different factors tends to be same.The heating process of fine coal dewatering could be divided into three periods: firstly,temperature of the fine coal rises fast;secondly,the moisture content reduces rapidly at the holding temperature 100 ℃;thirdly,temperature rises slowly after most of moisture was removed.
