摘要
目的:建立碳酸利多卡因注射液中碳酸利多卡因的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法测定,色谱柱为DiamonsilC18柱;流动相为乙腈.pH8.0磷酸盐缓冲液(印:40),流速为1.0mL·min^-1,检测波长为254nm。结果:利多卡因线性范围为1.7552~15.7968μg;平均回收率(n=9)为99.04%(RSD%为0.17%)。结论:方法简便、快速,专属性强,可有效的控制碳酸利多卡因注射液中利多卡因的含量。
Objective: To establish a method for determination of Lidocaine in Lidocaine Carbonate Injection. Methods: The HPLC column was Diamonsil C18 column; the mobile phase was acetonitrile- pH8.0 phosphate buffer solution (60: 40) ; the flow rate was 1.0 mL · min^-1 , the UV detection wavelength was 254 nm.
