摘要
目的：建立碳酸利多卡因注射液中碳酸利多卡因的含量测定方法。方法：采用HPLC法测定，色谱柱为DiamonsilC18柱；流动相为乙腈．pH8．0磷酸盐缓冲液（印：40），流速为1．0mL·min^-1，检测波长为254nm。结果：利多卡因线性范围为1．7552～15．7968μg；平均回收率（n=9）为99．04％（RSD％为0．17％）。结论：方法简便、快速，专属性强，可有效的控制碳酸利多卡因注射液中利多卡因的含量。
Objective： To establish a method for determination of Lidocaine in Lidocaine Carbonate Injection. Methods： The HPLC column was Diamonsil C18 column; the mobile phase was acetonitrile- pH8.0 phosphate buffer solution （60： 40） ; the flow rate was 1.0 mL · min^-1 , the UV detection wavelength was 254 nm.
