摘要
通过对97名高校心理咨询师进行问卷调查,探讨高校心理咨询师的职业倦怠与工作要求、工作资源缺乏、职业自我概念的关系。结果发现:高校心理咨询师的工作要求与职业倦怠的情绪衰竭、去人性化、成就感降低均呈显著正相关;工作资源缺乏与情绪衰竭、去人性化维度呈显著正相关;职业自我概念与职业倦怠的情绪衰竭、去人性化、成就感降低均呈显著负相关;多元逐步回归分析提示工作要求、工作资源缺乏、职业自我概念是高校心理咨询师职业倦怠的重要预测变量。
The study explored the relation of job burnout with job demands, job resources shortage, profession- al self-conception by a survey among 97 University Psychological Counselors. The results showed that the job burnout's level was significant between different groups; job demands had significant positive correlation with three dimensions of university psychological counselors' job burnout; job resources shortage had significant positive corre- lation with emotional exhaustion and depersonalization; professional self-concept had significant negative correlation with three dimensions of job burnout. The multiple stepwise regression analysis points out that job demands, job re- sources shortage and professional self-conception may be important predictive variables to university psychological counselors' job burnout.
