摘要
应用免疫SPA菌体花环法、间接ELISA法、酸性非特异性酯酶染色法较全面系统地检测了新城疫(ND)疫苗免疫应用益生素雏鸡新城疫强毒(vNDV)攻击后,其外周血液的T、B淋巴细胞数量,IgG、IgM、IgA含量的动态变化及免疫保护率。结果表明,ND免疫应用益生素雏鸡vNDV攻击后,不但其外周血液的上述被检指标较未饲喂益生素的相应对照雏鸡不同程度增加,而且其免疫保护率也明显提高,表明益生素可增强雏鸡外周血液对ND疫苗免疫的体液和细胞免疫应答。并且益生素Ⅰ组又略强于益生素Ⅱ组,说明益生素Ⅰ的免疫增强效果优于益生素Ⅱ。
In this experiment, staphytococcal protein A (SPA) rosette test, indirect enzymelinket immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and acor nonspecific esterase stain were used to examine the dynamic changes of the number of T, B lymphocytes and the content of IgG, IgM, IgA in peripheral blood of chickens feb with probiotical and immunized with ND vaccine and the immune protection rate after being injected with vNDV. The results were as follows: the number of T, B ~ymphocytes and the content of IgG, IgM, IgA in peripheral blood and the immune protection rate increased in different extent as compared with those of control chickens. The results showed that the function of cellular and humoral immune of the probiotical chickens could be enhanced.
