摘要
目的探讨北京公务员中A型行为与生活满意度关系的特征及其相关性。方法随机抽取383名健康体检的北京公务员,采用A型行为问卷和生活满意度量表进行评估分析。结果A型行为模式检出率为4.50%,B型行为模式检出率为25.66%;生活满意度评分,总体满意度较高;A型和B型行为两类型的生活满意度有显著性差异(P<0.05)。A型个体生活满意度得分均显著低于非A型个体(P<0.05或0.01)。结论在北京公务员群体中,行为类型影响生活满意度。行为类型与生活满意度相关。
Objective To explore the applications of the Type A Behavior Patern Scale(TABP) in assessing the relationship between type A behavior and Life Satisfaction Scales(LSS) for Public Functionaries in Beijing. Methods A total of 383 public functionaries in Beijing were assigned to research group,assessments were conducted with the TABP and the Life Satisfaction Scales. Results Detection rates of type A behavior were respectively 4.50% in the research and 25.66% in the B behavior;the general level of government officials in Beijing was higher in the scores of Life Satisfaction Scales.There were significant differences in the scores of LSS for A behavior and-B behavior. According to the LSS scores of type A were signifcantly higher than those of all non A ones(P〈0.05 or 0.01).Conclusion Significant relation can be found between type behavior and Life Satisfaction Scales for public functionaries in Beijing.
