摘要
目的了解新生儿乙肝疫苗产房接种近况,进一步做好乙肝首针及时接种工作。方法对常熟市2006—2008年市、乡级医院新生儿乙肝疫苗产房接种资料采用Excel进行描述性统计,用χ2检验进行统计学分析。另外,对常熟市级3家医院的接种情况采取随机抽样法进行调查。结果2006—2008年的乙肝疫苗产房接种率均在90%以上,但接种率逐年下降趋势。市级医院接产数(26118例)远多于乡级医院(3625例),乙肝疫苗产房接种率市级医院(91.77%)低于乡级医院(98.34%)。抽样调查3家市级医院共1539名新生儿,产房接种率90.90%,二院最高达94.58%,一院最低,为87.02%。一院接产的流动人口最多,占其调查数的46.95%。结论加强优生优育知识宣传,做好孕期保健,同时加强乙肝防治知识宣传,提高出生人口质量,严格而适度把握乙肝疫苗接种禁忌证,进一步做好该市的新生儿乙肝疫苗产房接种工作,从而提高乙肝疫苗首针及时接种率,有效预防乙肝。
[Objective]To understand the current situation of hepatitis B vaccination for newborns in maternity ward,and to improve timely vaccination of hepatitis B in the first needle.[Methods]The hepatitis B vaccination data of newborn in delivery room of municipal and township hospitals during 2006—2008 were collected.Excel was used for descriptive statistics and χ^2 test for statistical analysis.Random sampling method was adopted to conduct analysis on vaccination of 3 municipal hospitals.[Results]During 2006—2008,the vaccination rate of hepatitis B in delivery room was over 90%,but the vaccination rate was declining annually.The number of confinements in municipal hospital （6118 cases）was far more than that in township hospital（3625 cases）,the vaccination rate of hepatitis B in delivery room of municipal hospital （91.77%）was lower than that of township hospital（98.34%）.Sampling investigation was performed on 1539 newborns of 3 municipal hospitals,vaccination rate was 90.90%,that of Second Hospital was up to 94.58%,that of First Hospital was 87.02% of minimum.Most confinements in First Hospital were floating people,accounting for 46.95% of investigated cases.[Conclusion]The propaganda of bearing and rearing better children,good antenatal care,and the knowledge of hepatitis B prevention should be strengthened.The quality of birth population should be improved.The hepatitis B vaccination contraindications should be grasped strictly and moderately.Further improving hepatitis B vaccination in maternity ward,so as to enhance the timely vaccination rates is effective in prevention of Hepatitis B
