摘要目的探索尿激酶溶栓治疗心肌梗死的疗效。方法分析32例ST段抬高的心肌梗死患者病例资料,尿激酶150万U加入0.9%氯化钠注射液100 m l中30分钟内快速静脉滴注。结果溶栓再通率为65.4%,住院期间再梗死率为9.4%,病死率3.12%。结论尿激酶溶栓治疗心肌梗死再通率较高,出血率低,是一种安全有效的治疗方法。
