摘要
在剖析传统化学实验教学弊病的基础上,提出无机化学实验教学改革的方案,并通过更新教学理念,增设开放实验和化学技能赛,完善考核制度,加强基础训练,突出个性发展,培养学生创新意识和创新能力,因材施教,促进具有创新精神的高素质化学人才脱颖而出。
Based on the analysis of traditional Chemistry experiment teaching＇ disadvantages, the author designs and fulfills the plan of Inorganic Chemistry experiment teaching reform with renewing education ideas, adding open experiments and chemistry contests, perfecting evaluation system, enhancing basic training, highlighting personality development, cultivating undergraduates＇ innovation consciousness and ability and teaching in accordance with students＇ aptitude to promote the emergence of high - quality chemical talents.
