摘要
多层陶瓷电容(MLCC)是目前广泛使用的无源器件之一,其失效将会严重影响到机载计算机产品的可靠性,从内在因素、环境因素、电应力情况分析讨论了影响MLCC可靠性、造成MLCC失效的各种原因,提出了应对的预防措施,并在机载计算机产品上进行了相应的实践应用,从而剔除不良品,预防使用中MLCC的失效,提高产品可靠性。
