摘要
多层陶瓷电容器MLC在实际使用中,其电性能参数将会随着时间发生不同程度的偏离,直至电容器被判定为失效.文章分析了多层陶瓷电容器的失效机理及其模型,提出了采用 140 ℃、6倍额定电压的高加速寿命实验(High Accelerated Life Test,简称HALT)测试方案,作为国标GB 1772-79标准寿命实验的替代实验.HALT测试数据仍旧能够符合威布尔概率分布,并将实验时间由数月缩短至几天,非常有助于实验者迅速地确定MLC的缺陷.
The electronic parmeters of multilayer ceramic capacitors will degrade during service be-fore failure. A High Accelerated Life Test(HALT)condition, which has been used to mea-sure the reliability of MLC under condition of 6 times rated voltage at 140℃ ,is recommended to be supplement of standard life test condition defined in GB1772-79. This project can re-duce the test time from several months to few dqys. With the good fitting of the test life time to Wellbul distribution, this method is very useful to determine the defects and reliability of capacitors in MLC rapidly.
